1. Our products

Tezkya provides digital educational products, including eBooks and any additional content described on the relevant product page. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated.

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

2. Orders and payments

Please provide accurate contact and billing information when ordering. Available payment methods and the total price, including applicable taxes, are displayed at checkout.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment received for it.

3. Digital delivery

After successful payment, your purchase will be delivered electronically through a download link, email or another method specified on the product page.

Pre-orders will be delivered according to the date or timeframe stated when ordering. We will notify you of any material delay and respect your applicable cancellation and refund rights.
